TIMON is a mediterranean-style tapas restaurant located in Hong Kong.
Cool and comfortable place which using only the freshest seafood and ingredients for wide range of specialties.

The concept is based strongly on the sea-imaginary both in colors and in the visual language. Also the interiors recalls in an elegant and minimalist way the world of ships and fishing vessels, as well as the lives of fishermen.
